At Velotric, we want you to be completely satisfied with your ride, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all electric bikes in original condition. Whether you need a different model or a full refund, our team is here to ensure your transition back to the road is seamless.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.

  • 2.
    Prepare the Bike

    Ensure the e-bike is clean and has less than 10 miles on the odometer; then, securely pack it in the original factory box with all chargers and manuals.

  • 3.
    Shipping and Pickup

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and schedule a carrier pickup or drop it off at a designated shipping center.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians inspect the returned bike for damages, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
